What is Citizenship by Investment in Grenada?

Grenada Citizenship by Investment is a program that allows foreign investors to earn Grenada citizenship by investing in the country’s economy.

Some of the benefits of Grenada Citizenship by Investment include visa-free or visa-on-arrival travel to over 140 countries, the ability to live and work in Grenada, and membership in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and Commonwealth of Nations.

The Grenada Citizenship program currently offers two investment options: a donation to the National Transformation Fund or a real estate investment in an approved project.

The minimal investment for Grenada Citizenship varies based on the investment option selected. A minimum commitment of USD 235,000 is required for a donation to the National Transformation Fund, while a minimum investment of USD 270,000 is needed for real estate.

The process typically takes 4-6 months from the time the application is submitted to when the applicant receives citizenship.
