For qualifying contributions to the Saint Kitts and Nevis Citizenship-by-Investment Program, there are four options:
1. Non-refundable contribution under the Sustainable Island State Contribution
The following minimum contributions must be made to the Federal Consolidated Fund by applicants who wish to receive CBI through donations:

A CBI applicant and another CBI applicant are not permitted to jointly invest in the purchase of a single approved private home. The minimum holding period for the investment is 7 years. An approved private home requires the following minimum investments:
